Here, if your company is a B2C (Business to Consumer) try to think when people have time to read their personal email. A great trick could be to take a look at the Insights of social media. Yes, you understood correctly, in social media it is always good practice to check when our followers are online , so as to post when we have more chances of being seen organically by our audience.
